Masai Mara is Kenya’s most celebrated game park, so does Serengeti in Tanzania they both offers the possibility of seeing “the big five” and many other species of game. This is where the great wildebeest migration which is one of the most phenomenal natural spectacles in the world. It is an annual movement by millions of wildebeest, accompanied by large numbers of zebra, Grant’s gazelle, Thompson’s gazelle, elands and impalas across the greater Masai Mara and the Serengeti ecosystem. It is a spectacle to behold for any visitor to Kenya or Tanzania mainly in July to October of each year.

Day 1: Depart Nairobi City To Masai Mara Game Reserve Kenya.
Pick up from you're hotel in the morning at 7.30 is and head west for Masai Mara Game Reserve for lunch at the camp followed by afternoon game drive in the game reserve which is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Masai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.

Days 2: Explore Masai Mara Game Kenya.
After breakfast full day spent game viewing across the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black manned lions, leopard, and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya, lunch is served in the park at the Mara River, the border of Kenya and Tanzania and the scene for yearly kenya wildebeest migration, after lunch continue with your game drive covering the park into sections, return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Day Long Game Drive in Masai Mara Kenya.
Leave camp after breakfast for morning game drive in Masai Mara with an afternoon optional visit to teh Maasai villages or nature walk with Masai guides, return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day4: Masai Mara National Reserve to Serengeti National Park
We will initiate the day with an early morning game drive in Masai Mara while driving out of the Masai Mara National Reserve. After border formalities, drive to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It will be a long day of driving but the game drives going in and out of the parks can be surprisingly incredible.
However, we always recommend flying from one park to the other so that you can have more time to go on safari. Alternatively, you can add an extra day to visit Lake Victoria, halfway between the two parks.

Day 5-6: Serengeti National Park
As you crest the hillside, spread out before you, as far as the eyes can see, is the vast Serengeti. Serengeti means "endless plains" in Kiswahili. This 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) park is inhabited by more than 2 million large animals including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson's gazelles. Large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrates throughout the park. Many smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat-eared foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons and African hares also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds.
On the way into the Serengeti, you have an option to stop at the famous Olduvai Gorge, where Dr Louis and Mary Leakey made their discovery of the first man that walked the earth. You'll have an afternoon game drive en-route to the campsite.

Day 7 Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today you will wake up very early to do an early morning safari, to spot the animals when they are more active and also to have a fantastic sun rise in front of you. The sunrise in the african Savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have.
In the afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world. The crater has the greatest concentration of wild life in the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, a soda lake that, from the top, looks like steam, full of flamingoes, a forest and open plains. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusk, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. They are the most incredible elephants you'll ever see in your life.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara National Park
We will start the day very early and descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning places on Earth. After the game drive, there will be time for a picnic lunch near the beautiful hippo Lake. After lunch, we will have time for a short game drive and then ascend the crater and exit Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Lake Manyara (2h).
This park has become famous for the tree-climbing lions and the flamingos on the lakeshore. The game drives are done along the shore of the lake, providing incredible views of giraffes and buffalos in the foreground with the lake, flamingos and flat plains on the horizon. You'll have great photo opportunities and you can also do a walking and night safari.

Day 2 Explore Mara On An Aerial Balloon Safari & Game Drive.
Get picked up from your camp or lodge at around 04:15 am to drive you to the launch site. You will arrive at the balloon safari flight launch site by 6 am and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while you watch the balloons being prepared for take-off. You will then meet your pilot, who will give you a safety balloon flight briefing as well as explain what you can expect during your flight. This magical excursion should never be missed while visiting Kenya,There are basic toilet facilities available at the balloon flight launch site. You will then be loaded into your balloon basket for take-off just before sunrise, at about 6:30 am. The flight will last approximately one hour, depending on whether wind conditions, and the balloon will land between 7:30 and 7:45 am. You can learn more about what you will see here. Upon landing, you can observe the complete deflation of the balloon envelope. Our vehicles will then transport you a short distance for breakfast. Our breakfast is set up on the picturesque Savannah plains of the Masai Mara reserve, typically under the shade of a single acacia tree. You will sit down to a full bush breakfast.
